Girl Behind the Smile Excerpt

Here is an excerpt from my book Girl Behind the Smile. I like this quote because it is full of life wisdom which is from lessons learned. “I learned how to catch myself, slow down, and be thoughtful about my words and actions. I also learned that sometimes the best response is no response. People who throw stones often live in glass houses, and the assumptions that we make come from the stories we tell ourselves and not always from the truth…It is important that you keep doing good by everyone regardless of their response. Just keep pressing on, being you, and trusting God is working everything for a greater good.”
